Thomson Geer is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Hall as a Partner in its national Employment, Workplace Relations and Safety team, based in Melbourne.

Jane is a leading work health and safety (WHS) lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience in litigation, criminal prosecutions, safety systems, and WHS governance frameworks.

Jane is also an independent expert member of the Commonwealth Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission.

Jane has been recognised by Best Lawyers since 2014 for Occupational Health and Safety Law, was named by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year in 2020, and has been ranked by Chambers & Partners for Health & Safety (Asia-Pacific) since 2019.
