Thomson Geer has advised the AxFlow Group in Oceania on two recent Australian acquisitions.
The AxFlow Group is part of Axel Johnson International, a privately owned Swedish industrial group operating globally. AxFlow is a leading distributor of fluid handling equipment in Europe, and has been designing, building, and commissioning tailored pumping systems in Europe for decades.

Thomson Geer's role included, for each acquisition, conducting full legal due diligence investigations, preparing and negotiating the full suite of necessary transaction documents, and attending to all aspects of exchange and completion.
The group is expanding its presence into the Oceania market, with the acquisition of APT and MPS representing a key step in its strategic direction.
Thomson Geer brought together a multi-practice team to assist AxFlow with these acquisitions.
