Steve Bonett has had an extensive legal career practicingcorporate and commercial law at top tier legal firms in Sydney and Adelaide. Hehas over 30 years experience in advising major listed and private corporationsin connection with all aspects of their corporate and commercial activities andtransactional requirements.

Steve is also a professional company director, being a Fellow ofthe Australian Institute of Company Directors and has had substantial experienceon ASX company Boards as well as on large private companies and not for profitfoundations.

Steve is currently a Director of national property, finance andinvestment group Precision Group and global fintech, Prezzee Ltd. As part ofthese roles, he has been responsible for setting up and overseeing the legalfunctions of these organisations which provide him with a deep insight intocurrent and emerging commercial and legal issues.

Steve has also been a Director of Terramin Australia Ltd, an ASX listed company and guided that company from its ASX listing through its growth and portfolio development in Australia and internationally. Steve also served as the Chairman of national contracting group, Exact Contracting, which operates extensively in the mining, civil and agricultural sectors and lead its growth and expansion strategy in Australia for over a decade developing its customer strategy with a government and blue chip focus.
