Shannon is an experienced construction lawyer with a practice focused on building, infrastructure, engineering and other major projects. 

He provides advice in relation to procurement methods, drafting and negotiating contracts and acts on commercial and construction disputes for clients.  His has acted for developers, head contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, architects, government departments, manufacturers and suppliers.

He has also worked in-house on secondment for the South Australian Crown Solicitors' Office, Adelaide Airport and Seymour Whyte.

Shannon is also a sessional lecturer, teaching construction claims and dispute resolution at the University of South Australia, and a joint author of the textbook "Contract Administration for Construction Professionals" published by LexisNexis for construction students and professionals.
