Sarah has more than 25 years' experience advising the Australian government, having acted in some of Australia's largest and most complex capital equipment acquisition procurements, competitive tendering processes and privatisations.  

She specialises in advising public sector bodies in their procurement activities for aviation, land vehicle and maritime assets.  She also advises in relation to governance matters for statutory corporations.  

Sarah is a trusted legal adviser to the Commonwealth and her clients rely on her to lead contract negotiations, benefitting from her pragmatic, commercial and in-depth understanding of the unique environment in which the Commonwealth and Commonwealth entities operate, particularly the legislative and regulatory requirements which they have to satisfy.
