Ming has extensive experience in negotiating acquisitions and sales of property (commercial, industrial, residential), property development and subdivision and leasing matters, both retail and non-retail. She also provides general and strategic advice on property related matters.

Ming is fluent in Mandarin and has acted for many Chinese and Asian clients in her property practice. With an Asian background, Ming understands and is able to relate to the many business requirements or investment decisions that Chinese and Asian companies consider when setting up businesses in Australia.
