Experience

Lendlease Real Estate

Advising Lendlease Real Estate Investment on all aspects of the divestment of Lendlease's 50% interest in the Westfield Marion shopping centre, one of the largest shopping centre's in South Australia, to Singapore investment house SPH REIT in conjunction with financial services group Moelis Australia for $670 million. The deal was reported as the largest retail transaction ever recorded in South Australia, the largest single asset retail transaction in Australia in 2019 and one of the largest globally in 2019.

Microsoft

Advising Microsoft on all aspects of the design and construct Agreement for Lease for the Microsoft expansion into North Sydney. The premises comprise 7 levels of the Winten owned and Multiplex constructed tower at 1 Denison Street, which will be the tallest tower in North Sydney. The rent commitment over the term of the Lease is more than $100 Million. Also continues to advise Microsoft (and its subsidiary LinkedIn) on all of its Australian occupation needs. • Acting for Hong Kong listed CK Life Sciences and its subsidiaries in relation to its Australian horticultural and viticultural property portfolio including complex leases of orchards and vineyards most recently the acquisition and leaseback of the Lanteri Orchards in Victoria and NSW to Fruitmasters Global Limited ($32 Million), the acquisition of the Seven Fields Vineyards and Orchards in Queensland and Victoria and lease to Nutrano Produce Group ($54 Million), the acquisition of Nangiloc Colignan Farms and lease to listed Costa Group ($52 Million) and the acquisition of the Jubilee Park Vineyard in the South Australian Riverland

IMA Pty Limited

Acting for IMA Pty Limited (North Richmond Joint Venture) all aspects of the development of the master planned residential broadacre subdivision known as "Redbank" North Richmond to create 1400 residential lots from 180 hectares of rezoned land.

Housing Plus

Assisting Housing Plus, a not for profit Tier 1 Community Housing Provider, on its successful bid to be part of Phase 2 of the NSW Government's Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF2).
