Mark Borrello specialises in all areas of real estate and land development law. He has an in-depth knowledge of the land subdivision process, from the initial acquisition of greenfield sites and obtaining of development approvals, through to title creation and settlements.

Mark also advises land and property developers and owners, government bodies and not-for-profit organisations in relation to the structuring of property projects and the drafting of necessary agreements. He advises clients on the advantages and disadvantages of different structures and the analysis of risks associated with each.

He has acted for developers in a number of landmark strata titled projects and has an in-depth knowledge of the issues relevant to mixed-use strata title developments.

With vast transactional experience, Mark routinely advises clients on pre-acquisition or disposal due diligence issues and contract sale preparation and advice.

Mark currently sits on the Board of well-known WA charity Parkerville Children and Youth Care and is a Senior advisory Board member with Keneric Healthcare, a USA-based medical devices and bio-technology corporation, majority owned by a Western Australian private equity group.
