Emillie is an experienced and commercially focused legal professional with over 15 years’ experience in the property and infrastructure sectors, spanning both private practice and senior in-house roles across front and back-end matters.

With time spent in-house with both contractors and project sponsors/owners, Emillie's experience enables her to deliver legal advice that reflects and understands her clients broader risk appetite and commercial priorities, with work centred on complex, high-value construction, infrastructure and renewables projects.

Advising executive teams and boards on contract negotiation, project risk and regulatory compliance matters, Emillie has led internal legal functions for contractors and has extensive experience negotiating and advising on a broad range of front end and back end project administration matters. Emillie is also a qualified Adjudicator under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (Qld).

Advising DT Infrastructure as part of its joint venture with Alstom on the $1.6 billion Alliance contract with the PTA WA to deliver Perth’s High-Capacity Signalling system, including contract negotiation and risk allocation for a 10-year design and delivery scope.

585 MWp Goulburn River Solar Farm

Advising DT Infrastructure on its $625 million ECI and EPC contracts for the 585 MWp Goulburn River Solar Farm in NSW.

Advising DT Infrastructure on the PTA’s upgrade of the Sutherland Street traction substation, supporting increased power capacity for suburban electric rail services across Perth.
