Danielle Kuti

Danielle is a life sciences regulatory and litigation lawyer.  

While her practice has a focus on the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, she also works across industries such as food, cosmetics, automotive and general consumer goods.

Danielle has extensive experience across a range of contractual disputes including both government and private sectors, product liability, therapeutics and medical device matters, consumer law matters and regulatory compliance.

She advises clients in relation to compliance with voluntary and mandatory standards and orders, registrations and listings, import and export requirements and quarantine laws, advertising/labelling, product recalls/alerts, coronial inquiries and health practitioner complaints.  

Danielle works closely with clients on litigation strategies, mediations and informal settlement arrangements.

She regularly engages with various bodies and regulators such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, the Medical Council of NSW, Australian Border Force, as well as industry bodies.
