Advising Malakoff Corporation Berhad, a Malaysian power producer, on its acquisition and financing of a 50% interest in the $1.2 billion Macarthur Wind Farm in Victoria from Meridian Energy. The Macarthur Wind Farm is located in south-west Victoria, Australia and is the largest wind farm in the southern hemisphere.

Singaporean banks syndicate

Advising a syndicate of Singaporean Banks in relation to the financing of the construction and development of the landmark "Australia 108" residential tower in Southbank VIC by a subsidiary of the Singapore developer Aspial Corporation.

Advising Yu Long Investments on the successful acquisition and financing of a $150 million boutique hotel, Melbourne Place, located at 130 Russell Street in Melbourne's CBD. Advising a syndicate of Malaysian Banks on a $350 million syndicated facility to the Malaysia-based OSK Property group to finance the construction and development of the $2.8 billion "Melbourne Square" mixed-use development in Southbank VIC, comprising residential apartments, retail, office, hotel and serviced apartments.
