Alexandra practices in our Property team, where she is involved in a broad range of property transactions, but has significant experience in the negotiation and preparation of documentation for the acquisition and disposal of property.  This includes assisting clients with large scale due diligence for the sale and purchase of properties and large scale development projects.

Alexandra is also involved in renewable energy and infrastructure projects, where she assists both developers and landowners to negotiate and secure tenure for projects, developers to obtain finance, developers to obtain development approvals and other development rights required for the project.

She also assists clients with preparing and negotiating leasing arrangements for varying types of premises including commercial, industrial, office, retail and rural premises.  

Alexandra works with a broad range of clients including purchasers, vendors, government agencies, leading corporates, landlords and tenants.

Lendlease

Assisting Lendlease Real Estate Investment on the divestment of Lendlease's 50% interest in the Westfield Marion shopping centre, one of the largest shopping centres in South Australia, to Singapore investment house SPH REIT in conjunction with financial services group Moelis Australia for A$670 million.

Leading charity

Advising a leading charity on leasing and property related matters nationally including preparation of retail and commercial leasing documentation with varying levels of complexity.

Government agencies

Advising State Government agencies on various disposals of land and development project transactions.

Calvary Health Care

Assisting in retail, commercial and medical leasing and property related matters for Calvary Health Care in relation to its health, aged care and community services businesses in South Australia.

CWP Renewables

Project lead lawyer for financial close of the Crudine Ridge Wind Farm Project, which was achieved in the second quarter of 2018, comprising 37 turbines, 135 MW in New South Wales. Crudine Ridge Wind Farm is the third wind farm project for which Thomson Geer has assisted CWP Renewables.

Agricultural equipment provider

Assisting with the property aspects of the divestment of an agricultural equipment provider of its agricultural equipment and machinery dealer branches.
