State of Queensland (GLASS Program)

Acting Pro Bono for a Not-for-profits Foundation as the State counterparty following a successful request for proposal. We assisted in negotiating the development agreement to provide new housing accommodation to be operated by a registered housing provider to help solve the problem of homeless youth. The project has involved significant Pro Bono investment and liaison with key stakeholders (project managers, urban planners, architects, builders and housing provider) and is of keen interest to State and its agencies for a successful conclusion.
