Successfully acted for a large public carpark operator, Secure Parking Pty Ltd, in defending a multimillion dollar for damages brought against it in the Supreme Court of New South Wales Equity Division by its former commercial landlord alleging repudiation of a public car park lease by Secure during the Covid lockdown.
