- Acting for InterGrain, a wheat, barley and oat breeder, in relation to multiple strategic alliances and technology commercialisation, including most recently in relation to the acquisition of a crop breeding program and commercialisation licence.
- Acting for Amscan Asia Pacific in relation to the acquisition of a complementary business and in respect of its logistics operations.
- Acting for a distracted driver technology provider in respect of supply agreements with various governments and their international commercialisation.
- Acting for Namoi Cotton in respect of a long term cotton gin alliance.
