Thomson Geer welcomes John Ramage to lead specialist service team

Thomson Geer is pleased to announce senior Westpac Bank executive John Ramage has joined the firm to lead its specialist services practice, delivering debt management and asset recovery services to large corporations and government institutions.

Thomson Geer is a leading service provider to clients in the banking, property and insurance industries, helping to deliver solutions that balance the needs of clients and their customers.

John was Westpac’s Head of Customer Assist for more than 10 years and is a highly regarded leader in his field.

John will be leading the specialist services practice to advance its application of technology and the use of data and insights to drive service excellence.

John said the financial services sector had evolved to become more customer centric in the wake of the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.

“That’s meant institutions recognise they need to put in place new strategies that are responsive to the circumstances of customers when it comes to debt management and asset recovery,” he said.

John is based in Thomson Geer’s Adelaide office.
