TG advises Monash College on lease to create world class educational facility

We acted for Monash Collage on the successful negotiation of a $350 million whole of building agreement for lease and lease, at 750 Collins Street, Melbourne. Under the agreement, Monash Collage will carry out extensive fit-out works to bring the building up to the standard of a world class educational facility, under the new lease beginning in 2020. Thomson Geer partner Vicki Sharp and Special Counsel Emma Martin advised on the deal, which at the time, was the biggest leasing deal in the country.
