Acting for Infrastructure NSW in relation to the $750 million relocation and mixed use development of the new Sydney Fish Market, including the negotiation and finalisation of the development and lease documents for the Sydney Fish Market and the creation of a suite of retail leasing precedents for future tenants.

Acting for Pacific National in relation to the acquisition and development of a truck and rail freight logistics terminal in Parkes NSW including dealings with Council and adjoining landowners and the negotiation and finalisation of rail access arrangements with State Government and ARTC.

Acting for Global Student Accommodation group in relation to the acquisition, structuring, funding, development, management and sale of student accommodation facilities throughout Australia, including a portfolio asset sale for in excess of $400 million and the acquisition by strata renewal of a major development site in Sydney involving multiple adjoining strata schemes and their owners.
