"We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy during a recent merger process from the development of initial MOUs, through due diligence, to contracting and then to completion. Jeremy’s work was thorough and of the highest standard given the complexity of the merger. We particularly benefited from Jeremy’s support in the countdown to completion and in wrapping up the outstanding legal issues that arose.
