Brooke is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law with over 20 years' experience acting across the full spectrum of property related matters.

Her experience includes advising on small to large scale residential, commercial and mixed use development projects from initial acquisition of a development site through all the stages of a development and off the plan sales through to completion, commercial and retail leasing, disputes and property agreements such as joint ventures, development management agreements and general conveyancing for all types of properties.

Brooke acts for small to medium sized enterprises, individual investors, property owners and property developers and medical and allied health practitioners.

Acting for one of Sydney's largest private property developers and its related entities in the acquisition, development and funding of a large scale residential subdivision and development in the Western suburbs, including negotiating numerous development agreements for associated entities and participants, with a total value exceeding $200 million.

Shopping centre acquisitions

Acting for an independent private equity investment firm in the acquisition of two homemaker and lifestyle shopping centres in NSW and Queensland, including negotiating the sales contract, due diligence on all leases and title, with a total value exceeding $150 million.

Leasing portfolio

Acting for a large international investment company in relation to its leasing portfolio of a significant commercial building in the Sydney CBD with over 50 tenancies.

Luxury redevelopment

Acting for a mortgage syndicate and property developer in the acquisition, structuring, development and rezoning of an old commercial waterfront building in Sydney into a mixed use commercial and luxury styled residential building, including strata title and stratum title subdivision.

Property dispute

Acting for an elderly individual in a dispute against a neighbouring owner and property developer in relation to alleged development agreements and profit share arrangements, involving proceedings in the Supreme Court of NSW defending an application to extend the operation of a caveat.

Rural subdivision

Acting for a property developer in the acquisition of numerous semi-rural parcels of land for vacant land subdivision, including negotiating option deeds, development management agreements and joint venture agreements, off the plan sales contract.
