Thomson Geer welcomes to the firm employment law specialist, David Davies. ¬†David joins Thomson Geer’s Sydney office as Partner from Sparke Helmore, having led that firm’s national Employment team.

David is known for his exceptional advocacy and litigation skills, regularly appearing as counsel before the Australian and NSW Industrial Relations Commissions. Clients appreciate David’s ability to get to the heart of employment issues quickly, and provide advice that is both practical and protective, and considers the bigger picture.

David regularly advises Boards on bullying and harassment, termination of employment and industrial relations issues, having run some of Australia’s leading cases in these areas.

Chief Executive Partner, Adrian Tembel, said Thomson Geer’s latest lateral hire further strengthens the firm’s already significant Employment, workplace relations and safety practice.
