Our Property Team, led by Senior Associate Chris Kelly and supported by Partner Sian Rees, is advising Calvary on Adelaide’s largest private hospital, the $300 million Calvary Adelaide. Our involvement in this project follows on from our work on other large scale projects in the healthcare industry, such as the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and St Vincent’s Sydney Private Hospital.

The two year construction of the 12-storey, 350-bed hospital in Adelaide’s CBD is expected to create more than 500 jobs and will replace Calvary Wakefield Hospital, including its privately operated 24-hour emergency department.  The new hospital, due to open in December 2018, will be the group’s largest hospital investment anywhere in Australia.
