We are proud of two of our young lawyers, shortlisted for the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 awards 2019. Senior Associate, Joanna Ling and Associate, Eva Lu are finalists in the Planning & Environment and Technology, Media & Telecommunications categories respectively.
Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 is Australia’s largest independent awards program that recognises excellence in young lawyers—those who are raising the bar on what it means to be a leader for the next generation.
According to Lawyers Weekly editor Emma Ryan, “Each year the number of entries for 30 Under 30 grows, meaning it’s no easy feat in securing a finalist position. By doing so, shortlisted lawyers have demonstrated professional excellence and positioned themselves among the go-to lawyers in their practice area.”
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 10 May. Good luck to both Joanna and Eva – but whatever the result, being named as a finalist is an achievement in itself!
