Mobile Embrace purchase 72% of Clipp

Thomson Geer recently advised ASX listed Mobile Embrace on a deal to purchase 72% of Clipp.

More than 20,000 Australian consumers use Clipp’s cashless transaction system, which allows patrons to pay for food and drinks via a smartphone app across more than 570 different hotels and restaurants. Transactions made by Clipp’s 20,000 users currently sits around $5 million of gross retail revenue through the smartphone app.
